Welcome! My name is Emily Spikes. I am a painter born, raised, and working in Lafayette, Louisiana.

My work is influenced primarily by the sights, sounds, and traditions of Louisiana culture. I enjoy working with bright, punchy, and saturated colors to remind my viewers of the liveliness and vibrancy that surrounds each and every one of us.
